Girlie Non-Alcoholic Sangria

Girlie Sangria: A Citrusy Summer Batch Mocktail You’ll Love

Nothing says summer quite like sangria, but we’re doing it Mocktail Girlie style! This Girlie Sangria is light and citrusy making it perfect for beach days, brunches, baby showers, and summer hangs of all kinds.

It’s vibrant, easy to make in a big batch, and it looks so pretty poured over ice with all those colorful citrus slices. Trust me, it’ll be the first thing to go. Whether you're hosting the girls or showing up to a party with something fun to share, this sangria is a guaranteed hit.

Batch Mocktails Are the Move This Summer 🌞

Summer is all about ease. No one wants to be muddling ingredients one drink at a time when it’s 85 degrees and the playlist is vibing. That’s why batch mocktails are a total lifesaver for summer get-togethers.

They’re easy to prep ahead, serve a crowd, and give you something fun and festive to sip on without alcohol. Whether you're sober, sober-curious, or just taking a night off, batch mocktails like this Girlie Non-Alcoholic Sangria mean you never feel like you’re missing out.

Let's Make Girlie Sangria - Non-Alcoholic Sangria Recipe

Ingredients (serves 6-8)

• 1 bottle non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc (I listed the favorites below!)

• 1 ½ cups  grapefruit juice

• 1 ½  cups orange juice

• ¾ cup lime juice

• Top glasses with club soda

• Garnish: oranges, grapefruit, limes, mint

How To Make Girlie Non-Alcoholic Sangria Recipe:
  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the grapefruit juice, orange juice, lime juice, and non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc. Stir well.

  • Add slices of citrus (I like to do wheels of orange, grapefruit, and lime).

  • When serving, pour into glasses over ice, leaving a little room at the top.

  • Top each glass with a splash of club soda for some fizz.

  • Garnish with extra citrus and a sprig of mint.

Hosting Tips

Always label your mocktail pitcher or punch bowl so your guests know what they’re drinking and keep a few extras in the fridge so you can refill quickly!

  • Make It Ahead: You can mix everything except the club soda and ice up to 24 hours in advance. In fact, letting the juice and NA wine sit with the citrus slices actually enhances the flavor. Just store it in the fridge in a pitcher or sealed container.

  • Serve Cold: Avoid adding ice to the pitcher or punch bowl. Instead, serve your sangria over ice in individual glasses so it stays cold without getting diluted.

  • Bubbles: If you're using club soda (or any sparkling water), always add just before serving. This keeps it bubbly and refreshing because no one wants a flat fizz!

  • Garnish Bar: If you’re hosting a party where people might want to serve themselves, keep a small bowl of citrus slices and mint nearby for a DIY garnish moment.

My Favorite Non-Alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc

non-alcoholic sauvignon blanc

• Saint Viviana Sauvignon Blanc – clean and citrusy, with great body.

• Surely Sauvignon Blanc – super refreshing and a little grassy in the best way.

• GIESEN 0% Sauvignon Blanc – light and dry with a classic Sauvignon Blanc bite.

You can find all of these online at The Zero Proof or at shops that carry a good selection of non-alcoholic wines. They’re also amazing chilled on their own for hot summer nights. I have seen some in Whole Foods, Meijer, Kroger, Fresh Thyme, Sprouts and Trader Joe's.
