You're New Favorite Mocktail: Non-Alcoholic Summer Sangria

After my non-alcoholic Fall Sangria went totally viral, I knew I had to create a Summer version—and honestly? This one is GOOOOOOD,

non-alcoholic summer sangria

This Non-Alcoholic Summer Sangria is bursting with juicy fruit, crisp non-alcoholic white wine, and refreshing peach juice. It’s a gorgeous, sunshine-in-a-pitcher mocktail that’s perfect for pool days, BBQs, brunch with the girls, or honestly just keeping in the fridge for yourself all week long. Bonus: it takes less than 10 minutes to make, and it looks stunning in a glass.

Why This Will Be Your Go-To Batch Summer Mocktail

If you’re looking for a non-alcoholic drink that still feels elevated and festive, this one’s for you. The base is a non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc, which gives you that crisp, dry wine flavor without the booze. Then you’ve got the natural sweetness of peach juice and a mix of seasonal fruit that infuses the whole drink with bright, fruity vibes. It’s lightly sweet, super refreshing, and tastes like summer in a glass.

  • Easy to batch for parties

  • Hydrating and fresh

  • Made with simple ingredients you can find almost anywhere

  • So pretty on a summer table

I always get questions about where I get my non-alcoholic wines and I get mine from the online bottle shop The Zero Proof. I recommend Noughty, Saint Vivianna, Surely, and Giesen.

Ingredients (serves 6-8)

• 1 bottle of NA Sauvignon Blanc ( I like Noughty, Saint Vivianna, Surely, Giesen)

• 2 cups of peach juice

• 1 cup peaches

• 1 cup strawberries

• 1 cup blueberries

• 1 lemon sliced

How to Make It

This recipe is super simple and quick to throw together - Watch on Instagram

  1. Pour the wine and juice: Grab your favorite pitcher and pour in the bottle of NA Sauvignon Blanc and the peach juice.

  2. Add the fruit: Slice up your strawberries, peaches, and lemon, and toss them into the pitcher along with the blueberries.

  3. Stir and chill: Give everything a good stir and pop the pitcher into the fridge for at least 1–2 hours to let the flavors infuse. (If you’re short on time, you can serve it right away)

  4. Serve over ice: Fill a glass with ice, pour your sangria, and garnish with some fruit!

Mocktail Girlie Tips
  • Make it ahead of time: This sangria actually gets better the longer it sits. I love making it in the morning for an afternoon hang.

  • Make it fizzy: If you’re craving a little sparkle, add a splash of club soda or sparkling peach water right before serving.

  • Want a rosé version? You can easily swap the NA white wine for a bottle of your favorite non-alcoholic rosé. It’ll turn a gorgeous pink and still pair perfectly with the fruit.

  • Hosting tip: Serve in a big glass dispenser or punch bowl with a ladle for parties, and keep a bowl of extra fruit on the side so people can top off their drinks.
