  • Easy to Make – No need to mix individual drinks. One big batch keeps everyone refreshed.

  • Fresh and Flavorful – Packed with fresh mint, lime, and just the right amount of sweetness.

  • Perfect for Any Occasion – Great for summer parties, brunches, baby showers, or just a relaxing evening at home.

Ingredients (serves 6-8)

  • 1 cup lime juice (about 8-10 limes)

  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

  • ½ cup simple syrup

  • 1 cup of water

  • 4 cups club soda or sparkling water

  • Lime wheels, for garnish

In a large pitcher, add lime juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the mint leaves, releasing their natural oils (but don't over-muddle). Then add your cup of water. Right before serving, add the sparkling water to keep the drink fizzy and fresh.

For Serving: Fill glasses with crushed ice, pour in the mojito mixture, and garnish with lime slices and extra mint leaves.

Extra Notes:

  • Add Extra Flavor – Try muddling in fresh berries or cucumber for a unique twist.

  • Sweetness Level – Adjust the simple syrup to taste. If you like it less sweet, start with less and add more if needed.

  • Keep It Cold – Chill all ingredients beforehand and use plenty of ice to keep your mocktail nice and cool.
