White Christmas Mocktail

It’s beginning to look a lot like... mojitos!

It’s been snowing like crazy here where I’m at, so I knew I had to share this recipe with you! It’s snowy and so flavorful!

Let’s make this dreamy, non-alcoholic White Christmas Mocktail and bring some holiday cheer to your glass. ❄️

Combine fresh lime juice, mint leaves, and coconut milk in a shaker. Shake it up like you’re shaking a snow globe! ☃️ Add ice to two glasses, pour the mix evenly, and finish with a bubbly top-off of club soda.

Sprinkle on pomegranate arils and add a sprig of mint for the ultimate festive flair.

Ingredients (makes 2)

• 1 lime - juiced

• 5 mint leaves each

• 6 oz coconut milk

• Club Soda

• Garnish: pomegranate arils & mint leaves
