So many requests for Halloween party mocktails, and here is the first! I really wanted to make one that had that deep red color to really look spooky. So I went with blackberries and pomegranate juice. The perfect pair for flavor and color.

Ingredients

• 8-10 blackberries

• Sage leaves

• 1/2 oz agave

• 1 oz lime juice

• 2 oz pomegranate juice

• club soda

• Garnish: fresh sage and sugar rim

Batch (serves 6-8)

• 1–1½ cups blackberries (about 8–10 per serving → 48–80 total)

• 10–12 fresh sage leaves (plus more for garnish)

• ¼ cup (2 oz) agave syrup

• ¾ cup (6 oz) lime juice

• 1½ cups (12 oz) pomegranate juice

• 3 cups (24 oz) club soda (add right before serving)
