Hibiscus Spritz Mocktail
(Batch Recipe for Brunch & Summer Hosting)
If you’re looking for a drink that instantly elevates your table, this Hibiscus Spritz mocktail is it. It’s vibrant, refreshing, naturally sweetened, and made to be shared. The ultimate batch mocktail for spring and summer hosting.

This is one of those drinks that people cannot stop talking about. It’s stunning (hello, that deep pink color), tastes just as good as it looks, and is incredibly easy to make ahead. Whether you’re hosting brunch, heading to a baby shower, or bringing something special to a girls’ day, this one checks every box.
And if you’re trying to cut back on sugar or simply want a better-for-you option, this recipe is part of my sugar-free mocktail series!
Why You’ll Love This Hibiscus Spritz
Perfect batch mocktail for a crowd – no shaking individual drinks
Refined sugar-free option thanks to hibiscus syrup
Bright, citrusy, and lightly floral flavor
Gorgeous presentation for brunch tables, showers, and parties
Easy to prep ahead and top with bubbles when ready to serve
This drink fits just about any warm-weather occasion:
Spring brunch
Baby or bridal showers
Mother’s Day gatherings
Summer parties
Girls’ nights
Picnic or beach days
Ingredients
¾ cup hibiscus simple syrup (I love Lakanto's Simple Syrup)
4 cups cooled hibiscus tea
2 cups fresh raspberries
½ cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups sparkling water
Garnish: raspberries, lemon wheels, fresh thyme
How To Make:
First, add fresh raspberries to a separate bowl and muddle them. Then add the muddled raspberries to a pitcher. Then add cooled hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and Lakanto Hibiscus Simple Syrup. Add sparkling water when you're ready to serve (you don't want it to go flat too soon). Garnish with lemon wheels and fresh raspberries. Cheers!

My Go-To Sugar-Free Twist
For this version, I love using a hibiscus syrup made without added sugar. It keeps the drink light while still delivering the bold, floral flavor that makes this spritz so special. It’s proof that you don’t have to sacrifice taste to make a mocktail feel good and balanced.
