Easy Dry January Mocktail Recipes

As Dry January continues, I’m excited to share five easy Dry January mocktails that are simple, refreshing, and made with ingredients you can easily find at your local grocery store. One of the biggest misconceptions about mocktails is that they have to be complicated, require specialty ingredients, or are high in sugar, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

These recipes are perfect if:

  • You’re doing Dry January for the first time

  • You don’t want to invest in a full non-alcoholic bar

  • You want drinks that feel fun, elevated, and actually taste good

Each mocktail on this list is approachable, flavorful, and designed to help you enjoy the month without feeling like you’re missing out.

Why These Mocktails Are Perfect for Dry January

Dry January doesn’t have to mean boring drinks or sparkling water every night. These mocktails give you a mix of:

  • Bright citrus flavors ( Paloma + Orange Mojito)

  • Herbal, refreshing sips (Blueberry Thyme is always a favorite)

  • Creamy, cozy options (Creamy Blood Orange Mocktail is a must-try)

You’ll notice many of the ingredients overlap, which means you can make multiple mocktails without overbuying or letting things go to waste. Think fresh fruit, herbs, citrus, and simple mixers you’ll actually use again.
