For me, that drink is the best non alcoholic aperol spritz. It's citrusy, a little bitter, super refreshing, and oh-so-easy to sip all spring and summer long.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz non-alcoholic aperitif (I use Figlia a lot, I'll list some more favorites below)

• 3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine (I like Noughty, Odd Bird or Mionetto - Sparkling Wine List)

• 1 oz club soda

• Garnish: a slice of orange
