The Best Non Alcoholic Aperol Spritz

The sun is shining, the temps are creeping upppp, and I’m officially declaring it SPRITZ SEASON.
There’s just something about that first warm breeze after months of cold. It’s the kind of vibe that calls for sunglasses, your favorite playlist, and a cold, bubbly drink in hand. For me, that drink is the best non alcoholic aperol spritz. It's citrusy, a little bitter, super refreshing, and oh-so-easy to sip all spring and summer long.

If you’re not drinking alcohol—whether it's all the time, just cutting back, or occasionally swapping in a mocktail—this one’s for you. And trust me, you’re not missing a thing. This spritz is light, bright, and so satisfying.
Why I Love a Good Spritz When It Warms Up
There’s no mocktail that says patio season quite like a spritz. I love them for so many reasons:
They’re super easy to throw together
You can dress them up with cute garnishes
They feel fancy but are low-effort
They’re perfect for sipping on patios, at picnics, or just while you're folding laundry and pretending you're in Europe (just me?)
The bitter-sweet citrus flavors and the fizz from the club soda and NA Prosecco make it feel like a party, even on a Tuesday afternoon.
The Best Non Alcoholic Aperol Spritz Recipe
Here’s my go-to version that I’ve been making on repeat lately. It’s super close to the original minus the alcohol!
Ingredients:
2 oz non-alcoholic aperitif (I use Figlia a lot, I'll list some more favorite below)
3 oz non-alcoholic Prosecco (I like Noughty, Odd Bird, Lyre's or Mionetto - Champagne List)

Garnish: a slice of orange

Tips for Elevating Your Spritz Game
Want to take your mocktail moment to the next level? Here are a few fun ways to mix it up:
Make it a pitcher – Triple the recipe and serve in a carafe for brunch or a girls’ night in.
Add herbs – A sprig of rosemary or basil adds a fun twist and smells amazing.
Sweeten it up – Add a splash of orange juice or a little simple syrup if you like it less bitter.
Use fun ice – Giant cubes or floral ice molds instantly make it feel fancier.
Let’s Raise a Glass
This is the drink I’ll be sipping all season long—on the porch, in the backyard, at golden hour, and anytime I need a little sparkle in my day.
Mocktails don’t have to be boring. They can be beautiful, flavorful, and full of all the warm-weather vibes. I hope you love this one as much as I do!
