Sparkling Lemon Mint Batch Mocktail

Updated: Apr 25

Let's make a sparkling lemon mint batch mocktail!

I'm in my pregnancy era and I have been creating lots of mocktails that would be perfect to enjoy while pregnant and for my baby shower!

I always get lots of requests for batch mocktails. Here's a simple one that includes lemons, mint, and sparkling water. This one is perfect for events like weddings or baby showers and the Summer or Fall seasons.

So grab your cute serving pitcher and glasses and let's make this mocktail. add lemon juice, lemon mint syrup, club soda, mint, and lemon slices to a serving pitcher. Add ice to serving glasses and pour mocktail over ice! It's that easy! And it's oh so delicious.

To make the lemon mint syrup, you will want to add 1 cup mint, 1 lemon sliced, 1 cup water, and 1 cup sugar to a saucepan. Over medium heat, bring to a boil while the sugar dissolves. Once it dissolves, take off of heat and let sit for 30 minutes. Then strain the lemons/mint and pour the syrup into a jar and let cool completely.
