There are mocktails that are good… and then there are mocktails that stop you in your tracks. This non-alcoholic pina colada did just that for me. I couldn’t believe how perfectly the flavors came together! It's like a tropical escape in a glass LOL. One sip and I felt like I was lounging on a beach, even if I was just sitting in my kitchen.

The secret? A few simple ingredients blended just right and a touch of maple syrup. The frozen pineapple chunks are essential here. They create that dreamy, icy texture that makes this drink so irresistible.
Whether you’re celebrating a sunny afternoon or just surviving a Monday, this piña colada is a reminder to enjoy the little moments. Because honestly? A pineapple a day keeps the worries away.
Ingredients
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 2 oz NA Rum Alternative (optional) - or use another 2 oz of pineapple juice
• 3 oz coconut milk
• 1/2 lime - juiced
• 1/2 oz maple syrup
• 1 cup frozen pineapple
• ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender: pineapple juice, NA rum alternative (if using), coconut milk, lime juice, maple syrup, frozen pineapple, and ice.
Blend on low until smooth and creamy. You want a thick, frosty consistency that’s easy to sip but not watery.
Pour into a fun glass, garnish with some pineapples or lime wheel.

• 1 ½ cups pineapple juice
• 1 ½ cups non-alcoholic rum alternative (optional) or pineapple juice
• 2 ¼ cups coconut milk
• Juice of 3 limes
• 3 oz (6 tablespoons) maple syrup
• 6 cups frozen pineapple chunks
• 1–2 cups ice (adjust to preferred thickness)
